The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, with a score of 70.2 against 65.6. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is a noticeably newer and a bit thinner tablet device than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, although it is also way heavier. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has newer 8.1 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version.
