Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a score of 78.2, which is better than the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016)'s 70.2 global score. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's design is newer, somewhat thinner and lighter than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016). Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), and although they both have the same display density, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite also has a quite better resolution of 1200 x 2000 and a bit bigger display.

The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and more internal memory. Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite also has more RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite shoots clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016). Both of them have a F1.9 diafragm aperture, the same video frame rate, the same video quality and a camera in the back with an 8 MP. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, because it has a 4 percent larger battery size.
