Comparison review
The Apple iPad 10.2-inch is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), with a 79.3 score against 76.7. Although the Apple iPad 10.2-inch and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) were only released 5 months apart, the Apple iPad 10.2-inch body is a little thinner but also just a little heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019).
The Apple iPad 10.2-inch features a better display than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because it has a little bit greater count of pixels in each inch of screen, a quite larger screen and a better resolution of 1620 x 2160 pixels. The iPad 10.2-inch has just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), although it has less cores , they both have a 3 GB RAM.
Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has much more storage to install applications and games than Apple iPad 10.2-inch, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Apple iPad 10.2-inch counts with a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because it has 8827mAh of battery capacity against 6150mAh.
Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) features a little bit better camera than iPad 10.2-inch, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and a 8 mega pixels resolution camera, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) also has a larger aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited environments.
Although Apple iPad 10.2-inch is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019). So if you want that extra features, you can buy Apple iPad 10.2-inch, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), resigning some features and specifications.
