The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) is much better than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), with an 84.6 score against 76.7. The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) body is newer and way thinner, but also a lot heavier than the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019). The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) has iPadOS 13.x operating system, and Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) counts with Android 11 operating system.
The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) counts with a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) also has 3 GB more RAM. The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) features a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because it has a much higher resolution of 2048 x 2732, a bigger display and a just a bit better pixels density.

Although Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019). So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), resigning some specifications.
