The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a general score of 76.7, which is much better than LG G Pad 8.3's general score of 65.9. Although the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is incredibly heavier than the LG G Pad 8.3, it's just a bit thinner and also noticeably newer. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has the newer 11 version while LG G Pad 8.3 has Android 4.4 version, counting with some extra features.

The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with a more vivid display than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, the LG G Pad 8.3 also counts with a bit better pixels density. The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has much more memory for applications and games than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has just a little better hardware performance than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has 1 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) counts with a slightly better camera than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) also has a camera with lot more megapixels and a much larger diafragm aperture.
