The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is better than the Lumia 2520, having a 76.7 score against 68.6. The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) construction is much newer, somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter than the Lumia 2520. The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) comes with Android 11 operating system, and Lumia 2520 comes with Windows RT 8.1 operating system.
Nokia Lumia 2520 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a little less pixels per screen inch, they both have a screen with the same size. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a much better storage capacity to store more games and applications than Nokia Lumia 2520, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.

Although Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is a better device, it costs a lot more than Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lumia 2520. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Lumia 2520, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
