Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is way better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), having a general score of 74.5 against 59.7. Both tablets we compare here include the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System), so both should give you very similar OS features. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is an older and noticeably heavier device than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but Samsung made it somewhat thinner anyway.
