Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is better than Motorola Moto Tab G20, having a 74.5 score against 66.3. Both tablets we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Moto Tab G20 has Android 11. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 body is a little bit thinner than the Motorola Moto Tab G20, although it's way heavier and was released many years before.
