Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is much better than the Galaxy Note 10.1, getting a overall score of 74.5 against 66.3. The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 construction is noticeably newer, thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Note 10.1. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Note 10.1 has Android 4.4 version, providing the user a lot of extra features.

Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features a bit better screen than Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has more pixels per inch of display, a little bit larger screen and a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920. Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has slightly more memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 400 GB.

Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has just a bit better performance than Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has more processing cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
