Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is much better than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, having a 74.5 score against 66.5. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version. The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 body is extremely newer and much thinner than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's, although it's also incredibly heavier.
Galaxy Tab A 10.5 counts with just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 6 more cpu cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5, although it has a much lower resolution of 600 x 1024, a quite worse screen pixel density and a really smaller display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has much more storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 400 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 takes greater photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a much better 8 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
