The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a global score of 74.5, which is a bit better than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet's general score of 69.8. These tablets use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has Android 4.4.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5's design is noticeably newer than the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet's, although it is heavier and somewhat thicker.
Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with a sharper display than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1200 x 1920px, the Xperia Z2 Tablet also counts with a just a little better display pixel density.
