Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is much better than Xiaomi pad 5, having a 74.5 score against 57.7. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi pad 5 has Android 12 version. Even being the best in this review, we must note that it's also way older, thicker and a little heavier.
Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features a much faster CPU than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a little bit lower pixels density, a little smaller display and a way lower resolution of 1200 x 1920px.
The Xiaomi pad 5 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for shooting pictures and videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a much more mega pixels back camera and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution.
The Xiaomi pad 5 has a bit more storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi pad 5 has greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because it has a 19 percent greater battery capacity.
