Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a score of 60.4, which is a bit better than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T's 57.6 global score. Both tablets in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2 version. Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s body is noticeably newer, way lighter and a little bit thinner than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T.

Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has just a little better performance than Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T also has a larger amount of RAM. Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T counts with a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a lot better 1600 x 2560 resolution, a better screen density and a really bigger display.

Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T features a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 128 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 24 GB more internal memory capacity.
