The Huawei MediaPad M1 is a bit better than Galaxy Tab A (2016), having a general score of 61.5 against 60.4. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad M1 has an older 4.2.2 version while Galaxy Tab A (2016) has Android 5.1 Lollipop. Huawei MediaPad M1 costs a bit more than the Galaxy Tab A (2016), but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
