Microsoft Surface Go's construction is extremely newer and just a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s, but it's much heavier. The Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) works with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
Microsoft Surface Go and Galaxy Tab A (2016) both count with incredibly similar screens, and although the Microsoft Surface Go has a much larger display and a much better resolution of 1800 x 1200px, they both have the same number of pixels in each inch of screen. Microsoft Surface Go counts with a very superior memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.
Microsoft Surface Go has a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface Go. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Go, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), resigning a couple features and specs.
