Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a global score of 60.4, which is a little bit better than OnePlus Pad 2's 58.4 score. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while OnePlus Pad 2 has Android 14 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) is a notably older and incredibly thicker portable tablet than the OnePlus Pad 2, but Samsung could make it much lighter anyway.

OnePlus Pad 2 has a lot better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a way better resolution of 2120 x 3000 pixels, a lot larger display and a better pixel count per screen inch. The OnePlus Pad 2 counts with a much better storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 120 GB more internal memory.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a way better hardware performance than OnePlus Pad 2, although it has a smaller amount of RAM and less cpu cores (although they are faster). The OnePlus Pad 2 counts with a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a 138 percent greater battery size.

The OnePlus Pad 2 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a way better resolution back facing camera and a lot higher (4K) video definition.
