The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a global score of 66.5, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s 60.4 global score. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's construction is extremely older, thicker and just a little heavier than the Galaxy Tab A (2016). Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab A (2016) has Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), although it has a bit lower number of pixels per display inch and a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024px, they both have a display with the same size. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster), and they both have a 1,5 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also counts with an additional graphics processor.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a slightly better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 16 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Tab A (2016), but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
