Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has an overall score of 62.8, which is a bit better than HP ProPad 600's 58.2 score. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 comes with Android 7.1 Nougat OS, and HP ProPad 600 works with Windows 8.1 OS. Galaxy Tab A 8.0's body is newer, a lot thinner and incredibly lighter than the HP ProPad 600. The HP ProPad 600 has a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the HP ProPad 600 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The HP ProPad 600 features a much sharper display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a way higher 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution, a greater pixel amount in each inch in the display and a larger display. HP ProPad 600 counts with a better storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 48 GB more internal storage.
