The Huawei MediaPad X2 has a global score of 72.7, which is better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0's 62.8 global score. The Huawei MediaPad X2 construction is a bit thinner and much lighter than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0, even when both were released only a couple of months apart. Both tablets we are comparing here come with Android OS, but Huawei MediaPad X2 has older 5.0 version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat.

The Huawei MediaPad X2 has a quite better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a 64 bits processor, a larger number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a way better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better screen density and a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels.

Huawei MediaPad X2 has a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a much better (Full HD) video resolution and a back camera with a way better resolution.
