LG G Pad 8.3 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, getting a general score of 65.9 against 62.8. LG G Pad 8.3 is an older, a little heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0. These tablets work with Android OS, but the LG G Pad 8.3 has the older 4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with an incredibly better display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, a much higher display pixel density and a little bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 features just a bit bigger memory to install applications and games than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
LG G Pad 8.3 has a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has 512 MB more RAM. The LG G Pad 8.3 features a little better battery life than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity. LG G Pad 8.3 shoots greater videos and photos than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has a way higher video resolution.
The LG G Pad 8.3 is a bit more expensive than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
