The LG G Pad X 10.1 has a global score of 67.4, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0's 62.8 overall score. Even being the best in our current comparison, the LG G Pad X 10.1 design is much heavier and just a bit thicker than Galaxy Tab A 8.0. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G Pad X 10.1 has the older 5.1 Lollipop version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.

LG G Pad X 10.1 has a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G Pad X 10.1 also has 512 MB more RAM memory.
