The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is a bit better than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, with a score of 62.8 against 62.5. Despite being the best portable tablet we compare here, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is a way older, a bit heavier and a bit thicker portable tablet than the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has the newer 7.1 Nougat version while LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat, providing some extra features.

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has 4 more processing cores and 512 MB more RAM memory.
