Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a general score of 63, which is slightly better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0's 62.8 score. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has the previous 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat. Although the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, it must be told that it is also a much older, incredibly heavier and somewhat thicker tablet.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE also has more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a bigger screen and a slightly better 800 x 1280px resolution.

Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has just a bit more storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE count with incredibly similar cameras, both of them have a same resolution back camera, the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video definition.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a superior battery life than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab A 8.0. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
