Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, having a 65.4 score against 62.8. Although Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 and the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 were only released with a couple months difference, Xiaomi Mi Pad 2's body is just a bit heavier but also just a bit thinner. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a much more vibrant display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater number of pixels per inch of display and a lot higher resolution of 2048 x 1536.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a superior battery duration than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a 6190mAh battery size.
