IPad Air (2019) is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), getting a overall score of 85.9 against 65.7. IPad Air (2019) is a newer and incredibly thinner device than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), but it is notably heavier. IPad Air (2019) has a much sharper display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has a way bigger screen, a lot higher resolution of 1668 x 2224 and a better pixel amount in each inch in the screen.
Apple iPad Air (2019) has a lot better processing power than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has a 64-bit processing unit, 4 more cores and more RAM memory. IPad Air (2019) takes just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because although it has a lot tinier aperture which is not good for capturing photos and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same resolution back facing camera, the iPad Air (2019) also counts with higher 120 fps video frame rate.
