The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has a general score of 75.5, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017)'s overall score of 65.7. Even though Huawei MediaPad M5 8 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) were released only a couple of months apart, Huawei MediaPad M5 8 is lighter and thinner. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has older 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie.
