The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has an overall score of 65.7, which is better than the Lenovo Tab P11 (Gen 2)'s 58.6 overall score. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Lenovo Tab P11 (Gen 2) has Android 12. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is an extremely older and somewhat thicker tablet than the Lenovo Tab P11 (Gen 2), but Samsung made it extremely lighter anyway.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a much powerful CPU than Lenovo Tab P11 (Gen 2), although it has a lower number of cores and lesser RAM. The Lenovo Tab P11 (Gen 2) has a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has a really larger screen, a just a little greater screen pixel density and a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 2000px.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a superior camera than Lenovo Tab P11 (Gen 2), because although it has a way less mega pixels back-facing camera, it also counts with a way larger aperture to take better low-light images and videos. Lenovo Tab P11 (Gen 2) counts with a bit more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage.

Lenovo Tab P11 (Gen 2) has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has 7700mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
