Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, having a overall score of 65.7 against 58.1. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version, offering some nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017)'s design is noticeably newer and way lighter, but also just a bit thicker than Galaxy Tab 10.1.
