The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), with a 66.5 score against 65.7. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's design is lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), but it's thicker and was released many years before. Both tablets in this comparison include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie.

Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 features a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a GPU.
