Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), having a 74.5 score against 65.7. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is a lot older than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), it's construction is lighter and much thinner. Both devices in this comparison include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has the previous 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie version.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores.
