The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a score of 73.6, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017)'s overall score of 65.7. Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is an incredibly older tablet device than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), but Samsung could make it extremely lighter and way thinner anyway.

Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a much better screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch also has a much better pixels number per inch of screen and a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048. Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has much more storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because although it has an external SD slot that allows up to 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) features better battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
