The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab S9, with a overall score of 65.7 against 64.1. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is much older and thicker than Galaxy Tab S9, it's body is still extremely lighter. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab S9 has Android 13 version, so it gives you some extra features.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) features an extremely better CPU than Galaxy Tab S9, although it has less RAM memory and less cores.
