Comparison review
Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is better than Apple iPad 10.2 (2020), having a score of 69 against 62.2. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) works with Android 11 operating system, and Apple iPad 10.2 (2020) counts with iPadOS 18.x operating system. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is an older and a little thicker tablet than the Apple iPad 10.2 (2020), but Samsung was able to make it lighter anyway.
The iPad 10.2 (2020) features a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has more pixels per display inch, a much better resolution of 1620 x 2160px and a bigger screen. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has a really superior processing power than iPad 10.2 (2020), although it has a smaller amount of RAM and 2 less cores (but faster).
IPad 10.2 (2020) shoots much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019). Both of them have a back facing camera with an 8 megapixels, the same video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has a much bigger memory for apps and games than Apple iPad 10.2 (2020), and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) features a way better battery performance than iPad 10.2 (2020).
