Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is much better than the Blackview Tab 10, with a score of 69 against 58. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is older than the Blackview Tab 10, it's body is a lot lighter and just a bit thinner. These tablets use the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that.
Blackview Tab 10 features a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory. Blackview Tab 10 features a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a larger display, a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a little bit greater number of pixels per inch of display.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Blackview Tab 10, although it has a back-facing camera with way less megapixels and a lower 1920x1080 video quality.
