Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), having a general score of 74.6 against 69. Despite of the fact Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is noticeably older and incredibly heavier than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), it's body is still just a bit thinner. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has 4.4 version while Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has Android 11 version.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an incredibly better screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a way greater pixels quantity per inch of display, a larger screen and a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560px. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a bit superior processor than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU and 2 GB of RAM, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has an extra graphics processor.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) features a very superior memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 512 GB. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a very superior battery life than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a 61% larger battery capacity.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) captures much better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. Both have the same video frame rate, a back camera with an 8 mega-pixels and the same video definition.
