The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a general score of 74.6, which is way better than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T's global score of 57.6. Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is a noticeably newer tablet, and it is also somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features.

Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because it has a bit more pixels per inch in the display, a bigger screen and a higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has just a bit better hardware performance than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, because it has more processing cores and a larger amount of RAM.
