Comparison review
Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is better than Asus ZenPad Z8s, with a score of 74.6 against 62.6. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has newer 9.0 Pie version and Asus ZenPad Z8s has Android 7.0 Nougat version, giving you some additional features and a performance increase. The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) design is noticeably newer than the Asus ZenPad Z8s's, but it's just a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier.
The Asus ZenPad Z8s counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater screen density and a quite better resolution of 1536 x 2048px. Asus ZenPad Z8s features a CPU that is just as good as the processor in Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), they have 3 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a very superior camera than Asus ZenPad Z8s, although it has a back-facing camera with much less megapixels resolution.
