Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a global score of 74.6, which is better than Blackview Tab 13's 63.8 score. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Blackview Tab 13 has Android 12 version, so it provides some nice extra features. The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) construction is a lot lighter and a little thinner than the Blackview Tab 13, despite of the fact that it was released 2 years before.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a bit more vivid screen than Blackview Tab 13, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the screen and a quite better resolution of 1200 x 1920. The Blackview Tab 13 counts with a slightly better storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The Blackview Tab 13 features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Blackview Tab 13 also has a higher amount of RAM. Blackview Tab 13 features a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because it has a 7280mAh battery size instead of 5000mAh.
The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) counts with a slightly better camera than Blackview Tab 13, although it has a camera in the back with a much worse resolution and a worse 1920x1080 video definition.
