Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is much better than the LG G Pad II 10.1, with a general score of 74.6 against 67.4. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while LG G Pad II 10.1 has Android 5.1 Lollipop. The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is a incredibly newer device, and it's also extremely lighter and a little bit thinner than LG G Pad II 10.1.
