Comparison review
Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a score of 74.6, which is better than the OSCAL Spider 8's overall score of 64.4. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while OSCAL Spider 8 has Android 13, providing the user lots of additional features and a performance increase. Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020)'s body is a lot thinner and a lot lighter than the OSCAL Spider 8, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
OSCAL Spider 8 has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OSCAL Spider 8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. OSCAL Spider 8 counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because although it has a just a little lower screen density, and they both have the same 1200 x 1920 resolution, the OSCAL Spider 8 also counts with a larger screen.
OSCAL Spider 8 features a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage. OSCAL Spider 8 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because it has 13000mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) shoots a lot better pictures and videos than OSCAL Spider 8, although it has a way worse 8 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
