The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a global score of 74.6, which is much better than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s score of 65. Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020)'s construction is extremely newer, way lighter and a lot thinner than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T). Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1.

Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much higher quantity of pixels per inch of display and a lot better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution. Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 16 GB more internal memory capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
