The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a general score of 74.6, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite's general score of 74.2. These devices have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has Android 11. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is older than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, it's construction is somewhat lighter and just a little thinner.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) counts with a little bit better screen than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher screen density and a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite features a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020). Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and 3 GB of RAM memory.

So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, resigning some features and specifications.
