Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a score of 77.5, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020)'s score of 74.6. These tablets include the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system. Although it's the best tablet in this review, the Galaxy Tab Active Pro construction is heavier and thicker than the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020).
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1200 x 1920px, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) also counts with a bit greater pixels quantity in each inch of display.
Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Tab Active Pro also has 1 GB more RAM. Galaxy Tab Active Pro features more memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), and although they both have an external memory slot that allows up to 512 GB, the Galaxy Tab Active Pro also has more internal storage.
The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) and the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro count with extremely similar cameras, although the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro also has a lot more mega-pixels camera and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with a much better battery duration than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because it has a 7600mAh battery capacity against 5000mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020). So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab Active Pro, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), giving up some features and specifications.
