Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is much better than the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, with a general score of 74.6 against 59.4. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro has Android 15, offering a couple nice extra features and better performance.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a lot better looking screen than Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, although it has a really smaller screen. The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has an extremely better CPU than Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, although it has 5 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro captures much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because it has a larger camera aperture to capture better captures and video in low light environments and a back camera with a way higher 50 megapixels resolution.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro has a bit more storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro has a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because it has an 8850mAh battery size.
