Comparison review
The iPad (2020) is better than the Galaxy Tab A 9.7, getting a general score of 66.6 against 60.5. The iPad (2020) body is newer than Galaxy Tab A 9.7's, although it is a little heavier and a little thicker. Apple iPad (2020) has a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a bit bigger screen, a way better 1620 x 2160 resolution and a lot better screen pixel density.
Galaxy Tab A 9.7 features a greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad (2020), because although it has only 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds up to 128 GB. Apple iPad (2020) features a much greater performance than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Apple iPad (2020) also has a 64 bits CPU.
IPad (2020) counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a back-facing camera with a much higher 8 mega pixels resolution and a way higher 1920x1080 video resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a much better battery performance than iPad (2020).
Although iPad (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
