Comparison review

Huawei MediaPad M1 has an overall score of 61.5, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab A 9.7's 60.5 general score. Although Huawei MediaPad M1 is older and a little thicker than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, it's body is still a lot lighter. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has the previous 4.2.2 version while Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.

The Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 1280 x 800 pixels resolution and a greater pixel count in each inch in the screen. The Huawei MediaPad M1 features just a bit better performance than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, although it has lesser RAM, they both have 4 CPU cores.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 features a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a SD extension slot that supports up to 128 GB and 16 GB internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has improved battery life than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a 25% greater battery size.

The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei MediaPad M1. Both have the same video frame rates, a same resolution camera in the back and the same video definition.

Despite of being the best tablet in this comparison, the Huawei MediaPad M1 is also the cheapest one.
