The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a general score of 60.5, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1's overall score of 58.1. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has newer 7.1 Nougat version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version, so it provides a couple additional features and performance enhancements. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 is a notably newer tablet, and it's also noticeably lighter and thinner than the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
