Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is way better than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, with a general score of 78.5 against 60.5. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has Android 7.1 Nougat. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is an older, a lot heavier and just a little thicker tablet than the Galaxy Tab A 9.7.
Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a larger display, a lot higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and a much better pixels count per inch in the screen. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a faster CPU than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has a larger amount of RAM memory and an additional graphics co-processor.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 captures much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a much better (Full HD) video quality and a much more megapixels back facing camera. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a way bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds 64 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has 9500mAh of battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
