The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, with a score of 73.3 against 60.5. Both of these tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has the previous 13 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has Android 7.1 Nougat version. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra's construction is noticeably lighter and much thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7.

The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a way bigger screen, a lot better 1848 x 2960 pixels resolution and a way greater screen pixels density. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra features a superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 features a really superior processing power than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM and a lower number of cores. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra takes much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a camera with lot more mega pixels. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a much longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a 10880mAh battery size instead of 6000mAh.
