The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is much better than Blackview Tab 60, with a overall score of 74.2 against 57.9. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has the previous 11 version while Blackview Tab 60 has Android 13 version.
